“SLiKK” (Slick) Wayne Born Wayne Fah'Reed Gibbons June 4th, 1993 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania but eventually at 13 landed in Phenix City, Alabama; (due to his father being in the military) which sits on the borderline of Columbus, Georgia; which is located 90 miles south of Atlanta; First gained notoriety on MySpace in 2007 with the self produced song “Shawty, Shawty, Shawty“ Featuring long time friend BREAZY DA YUNG’N which hit over 10k Streams organically on MySpace and YouTube, this being Slikk Wayne’s first published song to gain any type of attention; following up a year later in 2008 gaining even more attention with the self produced song and dance created by YGC a local dance group in Atlanta, Georgia; “Crank Dat Charlie Brown” which reached over 300k+ streams total which he then self released a 15+ song project where he produced 75% of the beats and recorded 100% of the project entitled “Yooth In Da Booth Vol. 1”; with Features from Social Media Influencer and Model GHETTO BARBIE, FLO MALCOLM OF PLATINUM SELLING ARTIST/PRODUCER SOULJA BOY'S SODMG RECORDS and THA REAPER bka PCG Marco.

In 2009 having to be incarcerated in Mt. Meigs, Alabama (Department Of Youth Services) for 24 months; where he developed his new sound and addictive melodic flow; upon his release in 2011, he immediately released a 20+ song mixtape entitled “First Day Out Muzik” with features from TikTok Influencer TOXIC TEDDY, BREAZY DA YUNG’N, T-SKULL OF COT FILMS & More. 9 Months later on October 31st, 2011 Slikk Wayne Released the self produced song “My Circle Thin” Featuring Tevin “Tevin Corleone” Anderson who passed away on November 15th, 2011 just two days after the video was released, the song reached over 20k+ streams & 16k+ views on YouTube .

Artist/Songwriter/Producer/Engineer since the age of 11 where he began recording and producing music alongside Javon “J-Von” Jacquess & Kendrick “Teezy Tancsta” Meridy , with "Slikk Wayne's Music"; you'll never know what to expect as he records based off of his mood, he was once asked “what is the creative process to making your songs?”, and he responded; “Life’s Experiences, you gotta go thru’ something to know how to get through something”, as simple as his response was, the delivery of it spoke volumes. 

Since the year of 2011, Slikk Wayne has toured around the southeast/southwest region alongside LATORI "BADD NEWZ" WILLIAMS & has had countless performances in cities such as Columbus, Atlanta, Biloxi, Jackson, Baton Rogue, Philadelphia, & more small cities.

He has produced for countless independent artists and a few industry artists as well, in 2017; Slikk Wayne announced at Street Execs Studios located in Atlanta, Georgia; that he would be joining the lead engineer “King Cee O’s(Cee O Turn That Beat Up) production team “10 Keys Empire” and has been hitting the ground running since. Now in 2022 Slikk Wayne is now the Founding Owner of DSC RECORDS, LLC and has one female artist on the roster by the name of TaeBoo undergoing artist development, All Music Is Available On All Streaming Platforms.
